The Chinese operator and technical manager Shanghai Zhen Hua Shipping has converted a tanker to a state of the art heavy lift vessel. The Zhen Hua 30, is world’s largest self-propelled single boom crane vessel and was built by Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC). Onboard is a 12000 ton crane installed.
